We accept returns on items that remain unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Items that are personalized or intimate cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization policies.
You must initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. After this period, refunds or exchanges will no longer be available.
Please reach out to our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any products. Returns sent without an RA number might be refused.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and inform you if your refund has been approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, subject to possible deductions for restocking, shipping, or applicable taxes.
If you have not received your refund after a few weeks, we recommend checking with your financial institution. Contact us if further help is needed.
Sale items may be returned, but refunds are issued for the price paid at purchase.
For exchanges on size, color, or style, contact us to start the process. Availability and extra costs such as shipping or price differences may apply.
Return shipments should include all original packaging, tags, and accessories, with the RA number clearly marked on the package. Please use a trackable shipping service and send the item to the address given by customer support.
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be communicated to you.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake by Lojira.
